1. Service Description
KollabOS ("the Service") is a business-to-business software-as-a-service (B2B SaaS) platform designed for influencer talent managers and agencies. The Service provides AI-powered email deal detection, deal pipeline management, media kit generation, invoicing, and related tools for managing brand partnerships and creator rosters.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use KollabOS. The Service is intended for business use only. By creating an account, you represent that you are using the Service in a professional capacity for talent management, agency operations, or related business activities.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Each account is for a single person -- you may not share your login credentials with others.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep this information up to date. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use KollabOS to:
- Engage in any illegal activity or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Send spam, unsolicited communications, or misleading content through the platform.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data.
5. Payment and Billing
KollabOS offers subscription plans billed monthly. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the start of each billing period.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period -- you will retain access to the Service until then.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice by email. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change affects their account.
6. Intellectual Property
KollabOS and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by KollabOS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Service name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are our trademarks.
You retain full ownership of all data you upload, create, or import into KollabOS, including deals, contacts, creator profiles, media kits, and invoices. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of KollabOS is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your data. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KollabOS and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. AI-generated deal classifications and extracted data are provided as recommendations and should be verified by the user.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your account through the Settings page or by contacting us at legal@kollabos.com.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or fail to pay applicable fees. We will provide reasonable notice before termination except where immediate action is required to protect the Service or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. All data associated with your account will be permanently deleted within 30 days of termination. We recommend exporting your data before canceling (Settings → Data & Privacy → Export).
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email at the address associated with your account at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you may cancel your account before the changes take effect.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Morocco.
